Kramberg Mountain Camp
Kramberg Game Reserve is situated in the most Northern tip of the Eastern Cape being a 4-hour drive from Woodvale Lodge as well a 4 hour drive from the East London Airport.
Kramberg Game Reserve is nestled in the heart of the Kramberg mountain range with an elevation of 7000ft above sea level.
This area is well known for its free range, Cape Eland and Southern Greater Kudu. An abundance of varies other game species can be found such as, Blue Wildebeest, Zebra, Sable, Hartebeest, Springbuck, Impala, Gemsbuck, Waterbuck, Mountain Reedbuck and many others.
This area is a very mountainous and rocky terrain. We as Game 4 Africa have heavily invested in many new roads and built a great number of ground lakes to ensure that thousands of animals in and around the mountain range have sufficient water.
The Kramberg Mountains are also home to the Southern Greater Kudu. Only a limited number of Bulls will be on quota in this area per year.
Bushman Painting Sites
The Kramberg Mountain is home to 2 different Bushman Painting sites. These sites are on our Private Ranch and through careful management of these historical sites, one can see these incredible bushman paintings which are over 100years old.
Rooms
The newly renovated, rustic homestead was originally built in 1948. The comfortable homestead is fully equipped and has hot water.
There is wifi and a satellite television available.
All of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.
